You asked, I listened!
Some of you came forward with concerns about how the new structure wasn't 100% fair. You told me that it wasn't fair to lose out on potential earnings due to a co-workers poor performance. Not that anyone's performance is in question, you all are hard working, Curtis and I know we have the best team out of all the moving companies in our area.
For the remainder of this quarter, the bonus structure will remain the same. We will tweak the structure going into the second quarter.
The new structure will reflect 90% Individual and 10% Team (Damages) etc.
We will present what this looks like at our next staff meeting.
