Low Budget Moving Locations
This is our original location, started in 2013, and we serve a wide variety of areas. Most of our jobs are within the Langley, Mission, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack areas, but we regularly take trips to the Island, as well as the Okanagan and Interior of BC. Our general rule of thumb is that we will go up to 700 km's from Abbotsford. We currently have 2, 5 ton trucks operating out of the Abbotsford location, and if we are fully booked, we send the extra work to our Chilliwack location. Their rates are the exact same as ours, and your experience with them will be the same as with us. They even have the same bright green trucks....just with a different phone number. The Chilliwack location is operated by Curtis, who was a employee of Low Budget Moving, but has lept at the chance to run his own business and help Low Budget Moving expand and serve more people.
Starting July, 2018, we will be offering self-storage in Abbotsford. We have obtained some warehouse space and will have storage lockers placed inside the sealed, heated space. Call today for availability and rates!
Just like the income we receive from moving people, 25% of the profits from the storage lockers will go to Food for the Hungry, to benefit the community of Acul, Guatemala. In April, 2018, we were able to see the impact that is happening there, and it was incredibly encouraging and impacting to see that real, lasting change is taking place. This is an incredibly worthwhile project to be a part of, and we're excited to see what the next 9 years will bring about!
This location has recently opened and we at Low Budget Moving are proud to be able to serve our clients in a more comprehensive way. Having this second location allows us to move families we would otherwise have to turn away. We are proud to offer the same great service you have come to expect, as well as the same looking trucks!
We are blessed to partner with Food for the Hungry as well, and a portion of our income goes to the community of Acul, Guatemala. These funds are used to help that community become self-sufficient in a 10 year period. We are excited to be a part of this and can't wait to go and see what is happening in Feb, 2019!
